Compensation in a Smaller City
Nashville is a thriving city with a mid-size cost of living. However, because of the value of the services we provide our clients, we pay our associates who meet our reasonable production requirements 35-40 percent of billings thereby making our associates among the best compensated in Nashville and on par with much larger cities.
