  • Enforced the copyright and trademark interests of a large video game manufacturer/distributor
  • Represented several major research universities in the national and international protection of development in basic research: biotechnology, laser technology and medial equipment
  • Represented artists, including numerous Grammy Award winners, and producers and publishers in resolving disputes over copyrights, name and image protection, and their rights to publicity
  • Negotiated the license of patents and technology in the medical technology field to a Fortune 50-sized company on behalf of a private inventor and his small company
  • Enforced the trademark/service mark rights of a major hotel/motel chain
  • Prepared and prosecuted U.S. and international patent applications for inventors in the fields of laser technology, endoscopic cameras and optical technology, computer-controlled electromagnetic recycling systems, biotechnology and road building machinery
  • Obtained relief from an injunction entered against a designer of textile manufacturing equipment for alleged trade secret misappropriation
  • Assisted corporate counsel in developing a technology protection program for one of the world's largest aerospace contractors
