Emily A. Shouse

Shareholder

Emily Shouse is an AV-rated attorney who focuses on the protection of patents and trademarks in foreign countries. She manages the international portfolios of clients to ensure their intellectual property assets are protected according to the individual rules and regulations of countries around the world.

Ms. Shouse also prepares and prosecutes trademark applications and patent applications for mechanical inventions in the U.S. She has experience in litigation in all fields of IP, with particular expertise in research and brief writing. She has represented clients in both federal and state court as well as before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
